alpha lipoic acid

last 2 days i tryed a tiny dose alpha lipoic acid i have so much brain fog and burning brain feeling really bad brain fog so intense i cant do anything someone know why i react so hard on those pills?

I would follow ChickenArise's advice and try taking a couple binders. If that helps, it tells you it's a detox reaction. Also, you could be reacting to a filler in the pills, i often times react poorly to certain supplements because of some random filler

Charcoal is a binder, you can take 2 pills, 2 hours away from food or supplements. If you are curious about the mercury though, chlorella may be your best bet. Possibly citrus pectin
