I’ve had this a few times, I never found out why but it just went away on its own, not sure if it’s the same thing but it felt heavy and would cause discomfort if I sat down or jumped up and down.

Last year I had bladder pain, pressure, felt like something was there, pain when I sat down especially. Testing showed no UTI, sonogram was clear. It turned out to be oxalates irritating my urinary tract. I had been eating a lot of nuts at the time, virtually daily. When I stopped the nuts, the pain, went away. Hope that sheds some light for you.
