ANA and SCL70

I know that Lyme can mimic pretty much everything and cause all sorts of tests to be high or low. My new Lyme Dr has ordered a million new blood tests thankfully, maybe they will help answer why I am stuck at a plateau. There are 4 tests that I had never heard of before came back with higher than normal ranges, not grossly high but higher than normal.

Does anyone have any insight on what they may refer too? I'm not seeing my Lyme Dr until the end of July for a recheck. Maybe these are nothing to worry about (I hope) and lots deal with this in relation to Lyme?

Stage 1 Ana Cascade: all normal
Stage 2 Ana Cascade: all normal except SCL70 - 1.9 (Normal < 1.0)
Homocysteine: 11.3 (Range 32.-10.7 umol/L)
Ana Choice Screen: positive AB

I don't know the specifics of my ANA tests, but I know mine came back as abnormal about after initially testing normal about 2 months previous. It was about a month after I started abx, so I'm not sure if the abx caused the change in results. Even though my drs (western) seemed reluctant to admit that I actually had lyme, they weren't worried about the results.
