Hey Sean
What is carvacrol? Save me a google search
Hey girlie!
It's a compound found in oregano oil. It was shown to be extremely effective against lyme biofilms in a recent study. Here's the study if you're curious: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5641543/

Carvacrol was found to be the most active ingredient of oregano oil showing excellent activity against B. burgdorferi stationary phase cells, while other ingredients of oregano oil p-cymene and α-terpinene had no apparent activity.
I ordered it from a pharmaceutical company to guarantee high quality, but zane hellas do a high quality non-pharmaceutical grade version for relatively cheap too.
In my view, it's an absolute must to have on any lyme treatment.
