I don't know if I agree with that. Azithromycin shouldn't be pulsed as far as I hear from LLMDs that are lead researches within the field (Lyme and Co-infections). Also, Azithromycin can slow the Q-T wave length, so I don't know if I would do it at such a high dose.
Additionally, what is he/she trying to treat your daughter for? Does she have any neurological symptoms? If so, Azithromycin doesn't get into the central nervous system, so it is usually used with another antibiotic. Most LLMDs in the know try to use two antibiotics that both get into the central nervous system if their patients are having neurological symptoms.
