What do you guys think?

So I was bit a year ago today! My husband want with me at the time but over the last few months he’s had a number of things happen that are making me suspicious.

He had a UTI - first one in 41 years
Dry eyes - now resolved
Swollen right ankle with discomfort
I’ve seen his calf twitching.

He puts all this stuff down to everything but lyme/ coinfections, for example He believes the swelling in ankle is due to new shoes.

I think different. I should have a chat with my llmd right? ... anyone else passed this on??

I'm not sure about the UTI or dry eyes, those can happen in anyone, but the twitching and the swollen ankle are worth checking out. It may have been possible that you passed it to him, or he may have been bitten by a tick sometime relatively recently.

Thanks Noah, yeah that’s the thing with lyme and co, the symptoms could be about a million other things too! Maybe a test will do it, although I know if that’s negative I know he won’t treat ( herbs) it scares me to think it may be lyme and co’s and he leaves it

I treated my husband for a month with naturals. As long as he didn't have to do any work he didn't care what I gave him. I recently made an appointment for him with my naturopath so we will see if anything pops up.

Certainly possible! Would he be agreeable to a 'just in case' treatment? Hope he feels better.

I will convince him smile I just think it’s too big a coincidence, I’ve never noticed his muscles twitching before and I’ve now seen it in his calf and foot, which herbs should I give? Lyme or coinfections or both?

I would just start with the Buhner Core Protocol. He may notice a difference in a few weeks. If he/you keep track of symptoms you can always add more in.

I would use a mixture of the herbs in the protocols for bart and Lyme.

Yes I was thinking bartonella, funnily enough the majority of my symptoms point to bart too.

I think many of these things are contagious. I make my wife take a few herbs to check it.

Were you treated immediately after your bite a year ago? It sounds like you knew you were bit, yet you still have lyme so I was just curious as to your treatment.

Hi buckeye, yes I treated lyme 2 weeks after my bite with doxy, however I didn’t start treating the coinfections until 5 months after.

I tested positive for bart/ babs/ lyme and ehrlichia
I originally took doxy for 2.5 months for lyme and am now on a herbal protocol. My symptoms all point to babs and bart.
