So, still on my quest to figuring out what's wrong with me and searching all crevices for possibility of Lyme/co-infections now that I'm informed on the diseases.
Two things I've noticed with my cognitive decline and brain fog are how my poor mental state is usually fuzzed up even more when I get too much sleep. Then it gets really really messy when I go more than one night consecutively under 6 hours. I get random episodes of feeling pretty out of it mentally and visually, some out of body feelings that come and go, and just not on the same wave length as my usual. Does any of you feel like this could correlate with lyme?
I also notice my cognitive state to be worse when I try to go on sugar constricted diets. Have gone on keto twice now as well as some other healthy diets and my brain usually jumps on a different wave length where I'm thinking differently than usual for the first few days, then I start to get used to it on day 3-5, then there after brain fog gets real bad; I haven't lasted long after on any of my attempts. Brain fog increases with too much junk food too. (I don't have diabetes or pre-diabetes).
Lastly, just so I don't have to make two posts, have any of you with lyme reading this encountered facial muscle twitching? I know Lyme can cause bell's palsy and after searching that, I saw an early symptom of it was facial twitching. I suddenly had my first cheek twitching when I was in a nervous situation with friends like 3.5 years ago. cheeks started twitching uncontrollably for a couple seconds. This only happened a few times there after very very rarely. Then all the sudden, like 2.5 years ago, I was trying to go to bed and noticed my eye lids uncontrollably twitching very slightly. You can barely see them doing it and only when they're closed (not quenching, muscles are completely relaxed) but it effected my sleep for weeks until I grew accustom to it. I still get this. Then, last year in may, I randomly had a severe cheek twitching episode in a room with all my coworkers when I was telling a story. I wasn't the nervous or socially anxious type. I quickly and awkwardly excused myself and stayed in the bathroom for awhile. It's been a huge issue in my life ever since where any time I smile, I can feel the instability in my cheeks muscles. They start quivering. It's much worse when I'm around people because I automatically start thinking about
it, get really nervous, blood rushes to my face, and it naturally gets worse rapidly where I have to stop smiling and put my hand on my cheeks to stabilize them. It's killed me and my funny side socially but on the bright side, it made me completely quit drinking and rarely drink coffee anymore as they both make it noticeably worse

Sorry for rambling, just wanted all the details in to see if anyone can relate.. I'd like to rule the possibility of it being caused my lyme/early bell's palsy in or out.
I originally was sure it was due to my TMJ and the TMJ doctor that threw my jaw out of whack with a mouth guard but since recently seeing a TMJ chiropractor and masseuse, my TMJ has gotten much better while my cheek muscle twitching has not. It also seems to be a very minute issue in the TMJ community. Don't fall asleep, I'm done! Thanks for reading
