Getting pathogens into the bloodstream via exercise

There are several tests for pathogens where they say to increase the likelihood of captures such pathogens in a blood test you should abstain from abx/anti-parasiticals/malarials 3 days before. You should also get a deep tissue massage and/or exercise beforehand to draw them out of the hard to reach places.

DNA Connexions is one such test.

So if you were to exercise beforehand how long between this activity and getting blood drawn would make sense? Immediately after, an hour or two, longer? There isn't much out there on this so curious what y'all think.

Yes I am getting such a blood test so trying to time it. I would think immediately after seems too soon but maybe too long the immune system might go after them.

yes i know that mcspike i was using that particular test as an example (though reading what i wrote i wasn't clear!). the one i'm doing is from a different company and its a blood test and i've basically gotten similar instructions to increase the probability of capturing the pathogens in the sample.

I would be careful with DNA connexions. I exercised,but I should have exercised more intensely. I couldn't pee until 1 and half hours after I finished exercising. I took that sample and it came up negative for everything. Two weeks later I had a REALLY good week. I decided to test myself by running uphill sprints for 40 minutes. I herxed/symptoms came back in a severe manner for an entire week. This did not happen when I exercised for DNA Connexions. Ended up being a waste of 500$.
