The treatment for a bullseye rash is to treat until sign/symptom free PLUS another 4 weeks with a minimum treatment of 6 weeks.
Sounds like the doxy caused you to herx. A herx happens when the bacteria dies-off and creates toxins - that flood our system. This causes inflammation and results in an increase of current symptoms and/or additional symptoms starting.
The best thing you can do is detox. Several methods daily.
You need to find a LLMD - that is who you need to treat lyme disease.

Some detox ideas:
- Drink plenty of water daily
- Take warm epsom salt baths
- dry brush your skin prior to bathing/showering
- Take probiotics for your gut health (daily)
