One person stated he's spoken to over a dozen people who have tried CBD Oil for various health-related issues. Not a single person noted any difference.
Another person stated they tried CBD Oil with their child, in hopes of reducing/resolving seizures. Unfortunately, it did not work.
People and kids with epilepsy, if they're going to use a CBD oil, THC has to be present, along with terpenes and other cannabinoids in order for it to work.
Originally the Stanley Brothers high CBD oil they were using, was created form a high CBD Marijuana plant. Now from what I remember, I think they interpret a hemp plant with that same high CBD Marijuana plant. They have to watch the THC rating in order to keep it legal online.
A lot of seizure patients aren't having the same benefit, as they did with the "original" Charlottes Web plant that uses for people with epilepsy.
Just like people with Parkinsons, you're gonna want to go with a CBD oil tincture from a dispensary, a more potent form, rather than just using the CBD oil that's derrived from Hemp and being sold online.

Finally, another person stated their spouse tried CBD Oil for chronic pain. It didn't help. HOWEVER, medical marijuana is legal in their state and the person is now enrolled in the program and vapes marijuana. The vaping HAS been helpful for the pain. The attending physician stated the various cannabinoids in marijuana work synergistically and that's why isolated CBD is ineffective for most people.
I can assure, that I have tried some CBD oils that work and some that do not work at all. Reason being, these companies aren't including the terpenes, along with the other cannabinoids in the oil, so it gets the full synergistic effect.
I've tried the CW Hemp version being sold online by the Stanley Brothers, it worked instantly for bringing down inflammation and joint paint for me. I no longer have to use it, because I no longer have pain I once had, the Stevia and Persister cell drug protocol Dr. H and Dr. J recommends, helped my remaining sciatica and leftover arthritis.
I know CW Hemp is a good company for online CBD oil, along with Elixinol. These companies stated how they keep terpenes and multiple forms of cannabinoids in their oil.
I tried Plus CBD Oil, supposedly the Market Leader for CBD Sales, that's what their website said. The oil just tasted like rope and did absolutely nothing for me. Maybe they changed their extraction process and their ingredients, maybe it's better, but that brand didn't do one thing for me.
Just like lyme literate physicians, we live in an imperfect world, and not all things are created the same. Just because you haven't had success with antibiotics with one LLMD, doesn't mean you shouldn't try another. That goes the same for CBD oil, or Hemp oil, which some companies call it now. At first I think the Stanley brothers called their brand cbd oil something, but now it's called CW hemp, reason being I suspect, because they found out they must include many forms of the plant to keep it work well. CBD on it's own, won't work as well. Thanks, Charlie. I'll pass-along your comments and encourage folks to look for brands that have all the compounds you noted.
For the couple with the epileptic child, the parents tried the Charlotte's Web CBD Oil from CW Hemp. I just looked at the CW Hemp website and it shows that the Charlotte's Web product includes Flavonoids, Over 80 Cannabinoids, Terpenes, and Phytocannabinoids. Only at the bottom of the page, way below all the product information, is THC mentioned. It reads:
"This product is tested by high performance liquid chromatography to ensure it contains no more than 13 parts per million tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). If you are subject to testing for THC please see www.cwhemp.com/testing for more information prior to using this product."So, I'm not sure if that's enough. Presumably it is, given this is the Charlotte's Web product and the history behind it (Charlotte Figi - the little girl with seizures).
