Cant do these abx anymore. I think the glutithione and nac were rough too. Plus not sure cholestyramine is contributing to it as well Gastrointestinal problems are too much Im sure its giving me leaky gut and im clearly worse. I felt better on one antibiotic and LBCore. I can only imagine what chemo is like im sure this is a milder form but even so I've had it with taking so much.

Sorry to hear - maybe after a break and healing your gut you can go on an herbal protocol.
Bone broth is good for healing the gut.
And don’t forget to take probiotics to replenish the gut

Ok if you truly want to heal your gut which we know you do, do this it worked for me twice, sauerkraut, warm not hot it will kill the good bacteria, eat twice daily, acv one teaspoon in 6oz of water once daily, ginger tea once daily, use pure local honey one teaspoon in the ginger tea, get raw ginger root cut off one inch and take off skin and chop it into pieces and boil for ten minutes or more, then put in mug and honey and drink, adjust to your liking, also two different probiotics of at least 30 billion take both daily, garden of life is good and lots of others the ones from the ground is best and with s.boulardii the one I am using is garden of life primal defense it is only 15 bill but take two, drink kefir one 8oz daily not strawberry though strawberry has lectins that cause inflammation. Stop all acidic food like oranges, etc for five days. During bone broth 4oz twice a day sales at Walmart the organic one with low sodium, stop table salt till you get stomach back. The salt eats the lining of stomach. This worked for me twice and I am sure I will have to do it again as the bugs attack the gut again. Garlic can help but I stopped it the second time and it healed faster. Wish you luck and you can do this!

zinc carnosine is used in japan as a cure for ulcers over ppi...it helps the gut and helps my gastritis...btw gastritis can def be a part symptom...i also use glutamine powder (15g 2x a day in water) it helps leaky guy and will allow the gut to heal...ive dealt with this everytime i hit bart, whether it is abx or herbals, and in my cases jars of sauerkraut do nothing
