I've listed them on past posts but I'll put them here too. Most are not herbs. I'm pretty much symptom free now. Even muscle twitching is rare. I still have a little gut issue but that is close to resolving. This might not work for you because we all have different issues but it has saved my life, particularly the monolaurin
Monolaurin-1 scoop a day, inspired nutrition brand on amazon but any brand might work. be super slow with it, very potent. start with 1 pellet per day and ramp up slowly
oregano oil-i only take this occasionally but it's very strong, causes some heart burn if i don't take it with food
Boron pill-1 capsule but you can take a lot more, natures way brand
cinnamon capsule
olive leaf capsule
diatomaceous earth 1 teaspoon in water
msm- 1/8 or 1/4 teaspoon in water
