Yup, I've had that and still experience it from time to time.
At least for me, I have found that when I lay down I put pressure on the nerves that go from the neck to the side and onto the arms. My nerves are fragile due to damage from Lyme. This, together with the inflammation in my body makes my nerves overly sensitive, so when I lay down, the pressure on the nerves is enough to make my nerves tremor and shake/move.
