Cryotherapy

Yes! I love it. I have a membership at a place. $75 per month for unlimited cryotherapy sessions - one session per day. I went 5 days in a row this week. It really helps with the aches & pains I experience in my back & legs. I started with one introductory session after a particularly painful night. Then I got a package of 20 sessions to be used over 6 months to see if I really it. I didn’t jump right into the membership because it required a 2 year commitment. What I like is it’s 3 minutes & the relief is immediate. It gives a few hours of almost complete relief but the pain does creep back - maybe not as severe. I’m bummed I can’t go tomorrow - it’s hard for me to go on the weekends with kid activities & what not.

If you get a deal on an introductory session I recommend giving it a try!

$200 per month is very expensive - that's too bad. I had to quit the gym I belonged to back in early 2016 due to Lyme so I consider the $75 per month the same as getting a gym membership again.
