need a llmd near Dayton, ohio

also if anybody knows of any specialist who accepts Medicaid insurance within the area then that would be great too since Im having financial troubles atm trying to afford these medical expenses and I'm currently unemployed while battling a possible lyme co infection of Bartonella that still hasn't been diagnosed by my primary doctor as my symptoms have been mostly neurlogical and gastrointestinal impairments ranging from derealization, tinnitus, visual snow, seeing flashing lights and other artifacts, feeling drunk like sensation in public stores when exposed to overcrowded stimulated environments, body temp fluctuations, crawling sensations on skin, low testosterone at 184, vitamin b12 and d3 defiences, chronic fatigue, and constitpation. If anybody can give me any possible leads then I'd gladly appreciate it. thanks

There’s also a functional type doc that I was told takes insurance. I have NO idea if he is any good. Not great reviews when I googled but he does recognize lyme.

I have some LLMD's listed for Ohio. I don't know if any of them take Medicaid insurance...

No, I am not seeing her any longer (for now). My case was acute. After 2 months of intense antibiotics, I did a month of herbal. I have been feeling really good besides repairing my gut of the damage it sustained with antibiotics. I am hoping I’m over the worst of it.
