Electric Stimulation Treatment?

Hey, I have a weird question. Does anybody remember what the type of treatment is called where they put electric pads on your body and then they put low amount of electricity and different frequencies to try and heal you?

I have actually done it before and have "store credit" for lack of a better term because I didn't finish all of my treatments about a year ago. I want to finish the rest of them because I felt like it actually helped (unlike almost anything else I tried) but I can't remember the name of the place I went to or even what the treatment is called so that I can google it.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have had frequency therapy in the past but it did not involve pads. It was a series of light machines that were suppose to be set at a frequency to kill my pathogen. I feel like it did something because I seemed to herx from it each time. I only stopped because it was very expensive.
