Sorry if I'm teaching you to suck eggs, as I'm sure you'll have read up tonnes about the best foods and herbs to be consuming, but here's some key ones if you aren't already incorporating:
Liver(!), beetroot, chia seeds (soaked so they become gelatinous), aloe vera, apple cider vinegar, green tea, lemon juice, leafy greens, cucmber, EV olive oil, turmeric, coffee (if tolerated), Dandelion, burdock, milk thistle, and lots of filtered water.
