Yes another post by me.🤨 But has anyone had lymph node pain? The lymph nodes in my neck are the size of a double cherry and I have auxiliary node pain, as well as inguinal node pain that is sometimes very sharp. Is this a normal thing for Lyme disease. I am freaking out bc the lymphonic node system being messed up like this doesn’t look to be good news at all. I’m afraid.😢

yup i have node pain and constant swollen nodes... its normal with lyme and co.. try to stay calm... i know your mind is heading towards lymphoma (mine was) but its the infections!! im not saying to def rule it out but the clinic i go to say swollen nodes is a sign of bartonella... hope this helps

Lymphadenopathy (chronically swollen lymph nodes) is quite common with these infections. Swollen lymph nodes behind my ears has been one of my most consistent hallmark symptoms. Always flares/swells with effective treatment, especially with babesia treatment, sometimes get very very sharp knifelike pain but usually it is a dull throbbing sensation. I think this symptom is more common with bart/lyme. My lymph nodes have reduced in swelling over time as I continue to effectively treat the infections.

And of course it wouldn't hurt to rule out other causes for peace of mind and proper due diligence.

So not to be an a-hole, but can you make your post titles more specific? E.g. "freaking out about swollen lymph nodes" I tend to not notice titles that are too general and you will get more views if you are specific.

I wish I could blame Lyme, but nope, I have always been a b*tch :-D
