Supplement question: Vitamin C and Gluthation

I've read several article and even a few post on here on both subject, but would like a ''up to date'' from you all on the following subject:

1- Vitamin C supplementation.
My LLMD (who seem to be an old school one, not necesserly up to date with the latest LLMD methods) told me to increase my daily vitamin C intake in order to help my liver AND regularise my bowel movement.
I'm now taking 1000mg of vitamin C 3x a day.
That being said, I've read from a few people that vitamin C was counter indicated with antibiotic. One article that was mentionned is this one

My question: Should I take vitamin C or not while treating Lyme with ABX?

2- Gluthatione.
Still in order to decrease my liver enzyme, my LLMD told me to start taking Lyposomal Gluthatione.
I couldn't find any Lyposomal gluthatione in the health shop around here, so I bought pill from ''New Roots'': Reduced Gluthatione 200mg capsules
I take 1 at lunch.
Is that good or am I wasting money since it's not Lyposomal?
What brand is the most recommended now?

All my doctors who have had me on abx also had me on vitamin C, no one ever told me there was an issue

The proboem with taking glutathione is supposedly the molecule is too large to be transported inside your cells. Whether this is true or not, who knows. You may have the same benefit and save some money by substituting NAC with your glutathione. NAC is cysteine which is the rate limiting step for glutathione production so that is also effective. Vitamin C is a very good thing to take alongside NAC, as well

I have issues with Vitamin C with or without antibiotics. Makes me super sick and symptomatic. Takes 3-4 days to get over it. This is at any level, except a small bit.
