I have "low immune function" tested many times because its a concern. Low in range and under-range.
Few here have ever done this, none to extent of which I did during my looking here. I would think more LLMDs would take interest beyond the cheap CD57 test.
Under range WBC count. And low CD57 which is a combination of certain T and NK cells. Then, specific low T cells and some low B cells, many under range. Two types of Immunoglobulins antibodies are low and sometimes under range. B memory are good and prob keep me from major illness.
All that and I still can get a cold, but I got more colds when lyme was raging. Actually one of the signs to watch out for my immune cells getting lower is having more upper respiratory illness - per two real Immunologists.
There are not many of these Drs around. All immunologists are allergists, but very very few allergists are immunologists. It was very difficult to find one, more so than an LLMD, I had to call a researcher at a University to get names. One collaborated with an LLMD a few times.
