Correct point.
https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/celery-juiceFunny thing many other health advocates jumping on the bandwagon are including fiber.
I tried juice only with my gigantic juicer / separator (spin separator), it takes forever to clean up so I went for the smoothie blender.
Its hard to take this guy seriously though. He blames EBV for many things, including thyroid when it has been proven that glutan and even corn can play a role in autoimmune Hashimoto. And prob lyme.
Anthony medical medium guy from celery link on autoimmune:
"The autoimmune theory is not true. It’s critical to know what’s really happening with autoimmune issues: antibodies are present because your body is fighting a pathogen that scientific testing can’t detect yet. For example, in the case of Hashimoto’s, if antibodies are present, it’s because your body is going after the Epstein-Barr virus. It’s not that your body created antibodies that are attacking your thyroid gland. You can learn more about
this in Thyroid Healing."
repeated note: after lyme abx I still had two elevated hashi antibodies. I reversed one and watched the other fall while gluten and corn free. This was before celery smoothies. Antibodies are still improving, last week.. I guess the real question: is the last four months of celery smoothies helping improve this? By ending this daily intake, Ill find out.
