Thank you so so so much for the reply! This is very interesting info. With that being said, I do have one big question mark. I know there are plenty of women drinking Cistus Incanus tea for Lyme and most likely have hormone issues due to Lyme also, but does the tea make them more susceptible to heavy period bleeds? You would imagine many would come back with a warning declaring people should stop drinking it cause it made them bleed profusely. Hmm..very curious about
this and anyone else have anecdotal stories?
Due to that one month use of birth control, i am worried it made me more estrogen dominant and maybe depleted my vitamins and also ruined my gut which in turn inflates the bad bacteria in my gut (sibo, candida). My guess is the bad bacteria in my gut can cause havoc with my hormones too?? Was hoping to address the bacteria problem with the Cistus tea. I already had gut dysbiosis and major candida to begin with.
Wow you had such adverse effects from herbals! did it all go away when you stopped? I am worried about
destabilizing myself also. How strong do you think the tea effect is? I was going to try maybe one sip a day or every other day? keep the rest in the fridge.
