Hey hey.

So tomorrow I have to take 4 ivermectin pills (I think it’s like 1200 mg). It will be the first time I take them. And it’s only for the one day.
Can anyone give me some feedback about ivermectin? Will I feel a herx? If so, how will it affect me?

Is ivermectin a parasite med? I’m so bad at asking my dr questions

Monday. So I pulse meds 2 weeks. Mom wed fri.

It’s the Monday of week 3 that I have to take it

Yes it’s a parasite med. I have seen that schedule of one day each cycle before.

I wasn’t prescribed it... I took Alina 5 days in a row each cycle instead.

I wonder what determines who gets “what”?

I have taken ivermectin 4x per day for up to 20 days.

No herx, immediately felt better and experienced a natural free state of joy and stillness. My eyes go so clear, I could see the brightest color and clarity.

I take it 1 day a month as well. Don't really notice much. Keep an eye out for symptoms and look at your stool following the medication. I think the clinic just wants to see if parasites are an issue with you, so they dose it only 1 day a month and want you to report any changes. Then maybe they will increase frequency or dosage if you notice something.

Sheekster - Do you know if you're going to be on the Persisters protocol at some point?

I'm not sure if everyone goes on it...I guess it depends on how you feel/do on the Babs protocol.

I'm sure that will be next for me after babesia, however I am on my 3rd pulse right now after the med change to include daraprim, dapsone, and 1 day ivermectin. And I am experiencing an increase in babesia symptoms during this pulse. Air hunger and early morning awakening. This is my 7th babesia pulse total. I have a feeling after reporting this to Kim in a couple weeks she will keep me on the babesia protocol for now. This isn't surprising because I think Rikky said he was on babs treatment with the JSC for 1 year and him and I both have duncani, which is the hardest strain to treat.

How do you know it’s Duncani? Testing?

I’m on west coast - does that generally mean s certain strain?

I did Babs for 5 months with the j clinic but had done 7 months on my own a year prior

Yes. I think the rationale is D and D both hit babs and we are placing more pressure on biofilms by treating protomyxzoa rheumatica - fl1953. FL1953 is known to create biofilms more so than other organisms, so treating it will help break down remaining biofilms. I am paraphrasing Kim F here, but that is my understanding.

I got a positive DNA connexions for Duncani, so I am just rolling with that since I have no other positives besides lyme!

Yes I did about 4 months of babs with Dr H and his PA in San Fran.

Do you have specific symptoms indicating you have that?

Since going to the J clinic no one has added any diagnoses - and I wonder what else I might have that isn’t being treated. Basically Lyme/bart/Babs.

Christa (from Justin and Christa) was diagnosed with fl1953 - I think via testing. LLMD MR treated her.

Eventually. I think I will be sticking with D and D and babs after this phone consult in 2 weeks. Just a hunch though. I suspect I will treat babs for maybe a few more months. I have heard of people doing rounds of coartem at the JSC. I wonder if that might be next.

Regarding FL1953 - they don't test for it, they just suspect humans come in contact with it during our lifetime, so nearly everyone has it. Similar to bart. So no testing for me. Just treating! I like it.

Haven’t starved myself from fats tho.

Yah I won't be stopping fats anytime soon lol. My diet is so restricted already I would only be able to eat chicken after that aha.

Hey hey

so i didnt notice anything negative on the ivermectin... went good.. but man the week of daraprim was a killer i cant lie.. im actually scared to do it again in 2 weeks.... which sucks because i have a wedding that saturday and easter is sunday... so i dont know how the heck im gonna deal with it but i dont have a choice... cuz i worked it out and im going to arizona to visit family june 26 to july 4 and going to disneyland.... those 2 weeks im off meds which works out great.. so i dont wanna mess that up... so we will see...

personally i think im full of biofilms and cysts.. i was but by 2 ticks at age 11.. thats alot of time to get infested...
i think this bevause i have the biggest herxes on the thursday and friday of the tindimax and diflucan...
but RM told me instead of taking them thursday and friday... to take them thursday and saturday... that should lessen the toxicity... so im gonna try that next cycle....
so thats all i got at the moment lol

i feel so much better on my off weeks!!!

My herxes are generally on the Friday of week one (when I take dapsone and daraprin with Rifabutin) but for me it’s not the Flagyl - it’s the Rifabutin building up over the week.

Are you sure it’s the Flagyl ?

yeah im pretty positive... ive been tracking my symptoms and the worst of it happens on thursday and friday of week 1... so im just assuming its the tindimax busting open cysts and the abx killing them? i guess ill have no way of really knowing right

You’re probably right.
For me I have been herxing on Friday evening but I have missed taking the Flagyl and still herxed..
