I feel like I post a new topic once a day so forgive me...I believe my body is hyper-releasing (word?) cytokines. Is there anything I can do to modulate this? I've read a bit about Japanese knotweed buut I have also read a bit about people herxing on it and that is what's causing the cytokine storms. Right now I take curcumin for inflammation to no avail.

Japanese knotweed has antibacterial properties so it could increase your herxing/cytokines

Have you tried Quercetin - it seems to be helping me

Others have success with Omega 3 Fatty Acids

This is not my area of expertise, however when I was researching the flu outbreak of 1918 I found out that most of the deaths were not from the flu but the cytokines.

My research for an anti-cytokine herb led me to Myrr. So have a tinture of this in my freezer. Don't know the dosage, etc.

I have read something like that claude, and something similar in regard to histamines causing death. I wonder if it was the same thing?

Alright cool, so red sage, skullcap and myrrh? I didn't know myrrh was edible. I'll make note of all these, thanks everyone
