A lot of folks feel worn out by the intense sensory experience of a shower. It's loud, there's a huge amount of sensory input on your skin, chemicals from cleaning or body products, fragrances, the temperature fluctuation, etc. Mast cell activation syndrome and POTS come to mind, but it's a lot for many of us, regardless. People with chronic fatigue syndrome/myalgic encephalomyelitis and/or fibromyalgia often think of showers as particularly arduous and triggering.
My guess for the eyes would be that you are irritated by one of your cleaning or body products. Even all-natural essential oils can be irritating, depending on your level of sensitivity. That, or MCAS.
In terms of fixing it, I'd say keep showers very short, minimize fragrances, use nontoxic cleaning and body products, keep the temperature warm but not hot, perhaps consider baths instead or showering only every other day, stay well-hydrated, and plan to take time to recover afterward. Sometimes I moisturize and dress myself while lying down, even.
I know it's disheartening to have something as routine as a shower turn into something that's too much to deal with. Good luck figuring out what makes things more manageable!
