How much is too much?

Hi again, I have really appreciated this forum so far, helps me feel like I’m not alone! I finished my 3 week course of doxy but am still having minor symptoms. My LLMD is very optimistic. She wanted to do 2 weeks Azithromycin followed by 2 weeks Tindamax. She also added teasel and cats claw tinctures.

This would potentially be my treatment list for the next 4 weeks:

Antibiotics
Teasel
Green dragon Botanicals LB core (considering switching to this from JK and CC tinctures because I want the added Andrographis)
Sida Acuta - considering adding due to buzzing pulsing feeling in my back that won’t go away
Stephania - got for eye symptoms that resolved, may keep taking low dose for the list of protective effects it may offer
Vitamins - including b-complex, C, magnesium, omega 3, alpha Lipoic acid, NAC, multi, probiotic

So anyway, at what point is this too much, or is there a such thing as too many herbal treatments combined??? Should I just keep it simple or would more help knock this out faster?
I feel like I’m so close to feeling normal again, I have a tendency to overdo. What do you guys think? Thank you!!!!!!!

I would do the azithromycin and tindamax together...not separate. Tindamax is generally used for cyst form of lyme.

maybe discuss this with your LLMD.

Take azithromycin daily for the two weeks plus tindamax maybe 2-3 days per week.

Hopefully, your LLMD will be willing to extend this if you still have some symptoms left after the 2 weeks.
This is a fairly new infection, right?

Thanks Girlie. Yes kind of, I started having symptoms I think the end of January. I was wondering about doing the tindamax separate when she first said that so I looked it up a bunch and it seems it kills both forms??:

Azoles.

Types: Metronidazole (Flagyl), tinidazole (Tindamax)

Mechanism: Impairs bacterial enzymes and destabilizes DNA.

Combining them makes sense though, or maybe if I add the LB core with Andrographis that would assist as an antibacterial. I’m so confused about combining too many things at once and if that’s helpful or counterproductive

Sounds like that would cover a lot of bases! I was just doing the math, if I pulsed the tindamax for a few days (maybe starting next week to give my body more time to adjust to the 1st new antibiotic), then I’m done with the azith on the 30th, then I would still have a while on tindamax plus herbals.
