I would do the azithromycin and tindamax together...not separate. Tindamax is generally used for cyst form of lyme.
maybe discuss this with your LLMD.
Take azithromycin daily for the two weeks plus tindamax maybe 2-3 days per week.
Hopefully, your LLMD will be willing to extend this if you still have some symptoms left after the 2 weeks.
This is a fairly new infection, right?
Thanks Girlie. Yes kind of, I started having symptoms I think the end of January. I was wondering about
doing the tindamax separate when she first said that so I looked it up a bunch and it seems it kills both forms??:
Azoles.
Types: Metronidazole (Flagyl), tinidazole (Tindamax)
Germ Forms Treated: Spirochete and cyst.
location: Inside and outside of cells.
Mechanism: Impairs bacterial enzymes and destabilizes DNA.
Available As: Prescript
ion medicine.
Combining them makes sense though, or maybe if I add the LB core with Andrographis that would assist as an antibacterial. I’m so confused about
combining too many things at once and if that’s helpful or counterproductive
