probably June is the next major milestone in the case.
Anyone know if Judge Shroeder is crooked like a lot of them, wondering how he did with other complicated cases
It being Texas, a very pro-capitalism less government free market corporations can do know wrong type of state, don't hold your breath.
There was one article that was recently posted that stated it could easily be thrown out. We've been through this before with Attorney General Richard Blumenthal.
I was pretty psyched about
hearing the lawsuit too, but then I look at all the other corrupt stuff going around in the country, basically got drowned out by the other stuff so I really don't keep my hopes up anymore.
However, I did see this in the news

Executives at a major opioid company, Insys Therapeutics, were found guilty by a federal jury on Thursday for, among other misdeeds, bribing doctors to prescribe their fentanyl-based painkiller
Wonder how many people had to die from opioids before our corrupt corporate lobbied government did anything about
it.
Glyphosate is going to be the big one, 10,000+ lawsuits, lol
https://geneti***eracyproject.org/2019/04/15/facing-10000-plus-glyphosate-cancer-lawsuits-bayer-enters-court-ordered-mediation-with-next-plaintiff/Bayer just merged with Monsanto to keep the company going, how on earth both these companies are still around is beyond me. Bayer got caught years ago flipping tainted drugs with AIDs to other poorer countries.
I honestly barely eat any grain anymore...
