Simply put, anyone here have success or know others that did better from Cowdens lyme protocol? Do you think there's scientific reasoning behind it?
Thanks!

I did well for the first 5 months, after that it didn't do much. But it's very expensive and I think there are more effective ones that are cheaper. If you do it I'd say do the first 5 months and after that if you stop improving just quit.
All the well-known herbal protocols have scientific backing.

I only took burbur and pinella which did nothing for me. Once I started exploring my options for self treatment, I chose Buhner’s protocol. Buying herbs from the Buhner recommended herbal companies is a fraction of the cost of Nutramedix.
I can’t say how effective the overall Cowden Lyme treatment is since I did not use anything other than those two tinctures, but I can say it’s overpriced.

It seems to me that we've had lots of people on the forum do Cowden...and it only takes them 'so far'.
So they end up switching to buhner...or some'thing' else.

It got me to a fairly functional level. The full monthly package is very well organized with dosing ramp and daily schedule. My brain was so shot I could not have developed a protocol myself that got me as far as it did and as fast. Pricy yes but if thats all you do it’s not bad

That's encouraging to hear. They gave me a discounted cost on the protocol to try out. In retrospect for the cost I'm getting at least it's far cheaper than jumping around to LLMD's. So I'm gonna give it a shot for a bit and see if it can help in some way.
