Hello all,
After doing ABX on and off for a year, I've encountered enough issues (elevated liver enzymes, C-Diff), for me to take the decision to go herbal.
I decided to go with an approach based on Buhner and Dr. Marty Ross.
I'd like someone to review if I'm having all the correct herb for a Babesia / Borrelia / Bartonella protocol.
Some herbs are only found in one or the other protocole.. which makes me wonder which one to take.
That being said, combining both, I come up with the following protocol.
Before digging into dosage and brand, is the following protocol legit and optimal:
Borrelia:
- Cat's Claw: M.R and Buhner
- Otoba Bark extract: Marty Ross
- Japanese knotweed root: Buhner
- Andrographis: Buhner
Bartonella;
- Houttuynia: M.R and Buhner
- Sida Acuta: M.R and Buhner
- Hawthorn tincture: Buhner
-Japanese knotweed: Buhner
- EGCG: WHAT IS EGCG? Buhner
- L-arginine : Buhner
- Milk Thistle seed: Buhner
Babesia:
- Sida Acuta: M.R and Buhner
- Cryptolepis sanguinolenta: M.R and Buhner
- Artemisinin: Marty Ross
- Alchornea cordifolia: Buhner
EGCG is from green tea - an antioxidant I think.
Just an FYI - Buhners Babs protocol is now Biden’s pilosa instead of alchornea cordifolia.
I think Buhner has Artemisinin in his Babs protocol as well -
Sounds like a plan - you might want to look into some support herbs as well.
And - you’re not going to start all at once right?
