Bentonite clay - important?

For those using binders I'm wondering if you found bentonite clay to be especially valuable. I've been trying to focus on binders and I'm about to run out of this one and I'd like to just drop one by the wayside as it's a pain trying to time everything and I'm always in favour of simplicity.

It's hard to tell which ones have been the most useful and it's always a YMMV sort of thing but I just wanted to hear if anyone felt strongly about this one.

It's always been the most effective one for me. If I'm having die off, MCP and chlorella have also been effective but bentonite is consistently the best. We all may have different toxins floating around so each of us may have individual effects. It ay even be of benefit to combine a few

It’s one of the few I haven’t tried yet. I’m supposed to add MediClay bentonite to my Zeobind, but the doctor’s office still hasn’t sent me the ordering info.

Aerose and Sandyffet,

What brand do you use? Is it powder or capsules? The MediClay is capsules, which I would prefer as it’s less troubles.

Yes - combining.

My doctor said there was discussion of that at the ISEAI Conference stating that they found it was more beneficial for patients to combine binders at the same time - like zeolite and bentonite - instead of taking them both separately.

i do especially recommend using packs externally and in baths but if taken internally make sure to use soluble fiber and lots lots lots of water as its even more dehydrating than charcoal!

I think the one i use is Redmond. I mix 2 Tbsp in 16 oz of water and let it dissolve for a couple days. I then put some in a tincture/dropper bottle and take between 10-15 droppers full per dose

Such a personal choice - I can’t use B clay for constipation or GI issue - yet chlorella has been a god send!

I recently started chlorella after avoiding it for a long time based on Andy Cutler’s warnings. I started very slow - 3 tablets at night and just added 2 tablets in the morning.
