compromised recovery from knee arthroscopy due to co-occurring infections

I recently had MCL arthroscopic surgery, and my recovery is taking forever and the pain is more intense than it should be. I have been told that I have a systemic co-occuring infection, apparently unidentified, and that that is the reason that my recovery is taking so long and the pain more intense. Can anyone else weigh in on this?

It is not clear that I have Lyme, albeit, I have had it before. They say that it is a co occurring infection and that that is what is holding things up. I am on several tinctures, Sameto, Banderol, Houttynia and Sparta as well as a boat load of other homeopathic tinctures, called spagyrics, which I believe is a purer form. They are amazing and have enabled me to tolerate the other tinctures. I am working with an incredible wellness practitioner, who is very in tune with what is going on and feels that the systemic infection is what is keeping me from healing as quickly as anticipated. I was just throwing this question out to the others who may have been stalled by this as well.

My mother recently had knee surgery terrible pain afterwards. Slow recovery basically from bad arthritis that caused increased inflamation after the surgery. She had Lyme previously. Not everything is Lyme at least not her case.
