What does everyone use for heavy metal detox what's best methods. What's good for.mold detox as well all help is appreciated.

Mold Detox:

Rx:
Cholestyramine (pure, custom compounded is preferable without the filler junk) is the gold standard, if tolerated.

Welchol is reported to be next but only 25% as effective, if I remember right.

Non Rx:
modified citrus pectin
zeolite powder
bentonite clay
chlorella??
humic/fulvic acid??
chlorophyllin

Medicalnerd I know my sister takes a tincture as part of the Cowden protocol that is specifically for heavy metal detox, I can get the name from her. Roxybutin, I just started taking NAC, did you have any side effects from it? Today I had a terrible dizzy spell and am wondering if NAC could be the cause. Also what benefits have you noticed if any from taking it? Thank you for your help!

I do not have a side effect from taking, but sometimes there is a short herx from taking.
This helps our system of natural detoxification, removes the high level of oxidative stress often disturbed in the chronicle, and triggers natural mechanisms for repairing damage. NAC makes glutathione in the body.

I use ACC protocol. In lieu of joining the Facebook Group, you can find valuable info in the Yahoo Group Forum, Frequent Dose Chelation which is exclusively for those using ACC.

Hey I did not thing that still existed. I’ll need to jump on.

Glad your doing better. I’m almost a year into it but I got lucky and found them about 1 year after my heath crash.
