Another DNA Connexions question

I am SO sorry for posting about this again within 2 days lol I feel like a mess. I’m second guessing myself and having anxiety now because I basically ignored my llmd’s instructions on taking DNA Connexions.

He put me on a new herbal protocol on Thursday eve and told me to wait 4-10 days before taking the test with the reasoning being that the potential die off from treatment would help a positive test result.

Well, I was feeling a bit crappy yesterday after basically only 2 doses of the new herbs and it was the last day of menstruation which I have suspicions that my cycle triggers symptoms. So I was thinking that might be the best time to take it as maybe the bugs were in my system. I have been feeling more normal after my cycle. I did do the exercise before also. I haven’t mailed the sample yet since it’s the weekend.

Sooooo do we think it’s ok how I did it or should I have listened to my doctor and waited at least 4 days. I don’t know if it even matters, I’m just so anxious about trying to get a positive on this darn test that I’m making myself crazy!

That's what I did. I took antibiotics, waited until I was herxing, and then peed in the cup and sent it in. I got a positive result.

Ok thanks, I think I was maybe very mildly starting to herx when I took it and I did the exercise provocation, so it hopefully will show something.
