Hello, last winter I was told by my LLMD that I have a double MTHFR mutation and was advised to take 5 L-methylfolate 1,700mcg by Klaire labs. I have been taking this supplement for about
6 months now and really do not notice any difference. Lately I have been dealing with some boderline personality disorder issues and came across a review for the prescript
ion form of L-methylfolate which is Deplin on drugs.com, the revirew read"Deplin has given me my life back. It has enabled me to gain control of my emotional roller coaster and my anger outbursts. I was lucky that my therapist recommended me to be tested for MTHFR after my results came back she gave me Deplin and the next day I woke up a new person. My husband and family are amazed and I'm now capable of being the wife and mother that I want to be. I am so happy and so amazed, I feel WHOLE again" kinda sounds too good to be true but does anyone know if Deplin is any better than the over the counter L-methylfolate that I am taking? Thank you for your help!
