So I’m about to start the Cowden Protocol but I’m really starting to figure some things out. My doctor mentioned I may have CIRS and I done a protocol for it and she really never said anything about it afterwards.
That’s too bad that your doctor never said anything else about
it. I haven’t had a doctor yet who hasn’t disappointed me. I suggest reading up on CIRS on the survivingmold site, biotoxin journey site, and google Shoemaker CIRS and see what you can find.

I’m starting to notice I feel much worse while I’m at work. I notice my body pain increases and I just feel more lousy then I normally do. Could this me inflammation from mold??
Yes, of course, it can be from mold exposure. EMF and chemical exposures can also cause this, as well as stress. It’s most likely exposure to something.

I don’t really wanna start a protocol that I’m paying 350 dollars for if it’s gonna do nothing for me because I’m being exposed to mold. For all I know my apartment may be moldy as well.
What are my options? I really don’t want to move across country, but I am from Kentucky and it’s a tough state to live in for mold.
I wouldn’t say the Cowden Protocol will do nothing if you’re being exposed to mold. If you have infections, the Cowden Protocol should help some. It may not help a lot if your symptoms are mainly driven by mold exposure.
So, your doctor said you might have CIRS and put you on a protocol for it without ever requiring you to do an ERMI or HERTSMI-2 on both your home snd workplace? That’s irresponsible, IMO. As far as CIRS is concerned, there really is no substitute for the ERMI or HERTSMI-2. They cost money. $290 for ERMI. $150 for HERTSMI-2 I believe. There’s no room for guesswork in regards to CIRS from mold.

Is it possible I can just do this Cowden Protocol and maybe throw some binders in there and it’ll be fine?
Not if you have CIRS from mold exposure and the exposure is ongoing.

I just want to know what I need to do. I am really struggling here.
Like I said I’m from Kentucky and there’s really not much options as far as work goes around here. Is there any filters I can use to make sure I’m not being exposed to moldV
Air purifiers may help, but they can’t make an unsafe environment safe. They can help to maintain a clean, properly remediated environment. If used in a moldy environment, the machines themselves can get contaminated.
