Valtrex(Valacyclovir) for EBV?

Hi,
So I’ve been taking Valtrex for a month now for EBV, bc this is what my dr says is driving everything... I initially felt ‘something’ but now I realize I’m having a lot of the psych/mental side effects from this drug! I’m stopping it but am so scared I can’t get better without taking this drug as my drs are very encouraging to take it. I have severe MCAS and every little thing I take makes treatment unbearable. But I can’t take the Valtrex any longer bc these side effects are horrific. My Dr is so pro this drug it’s scary.
Anyone have experiences with antivirals and herbal alternatives?

I can’t take any alcohol tinctures unfortunately bc of my severe MCAS. Is there a way to get Takuna in Glycerite? What is it exactly? I’ve ordered Lomatium and a couple other tinctures in glycerine form from Montana Farmacy and am just waiting for them to arrive. I also ordered Humic Acid as I’ve read it treats EBV well. Thanks for the reply.
