Not many - if any llmd’s would treat - without a first appt.

Dr J clinic will do phone appts - every other appt.
So that cuts down the amount of in person appt greatly.
Plus his appts are 3-4 months apart generally.

If I remember correctly, I think Dr. MR will do phone consults. I dont think he prescribes meds though, just gives suggestions and writes up his thoughts for you to share with your doctor or LLMD.

He does provide many ways to treat Lyme and Coinfections though. His website is an AWESOME resource.

Thanks a million guys. Yeah I guess even if they could advise me on protocols or help me plan out treatment, rather than prescribe anything. If I have to fly to go to the first appt., then I will. I forgot to say that my main problem seems to be Bartonella.

I'm not sure how much he treats via phone consults but Dr. M in Bethesda does skype initial consults
