Wow a lot of good advice, thanks !
For what it's worth, what helped to keep (suspected) inflammation joint and shoulder pains at bay for me is eating things that are easy to digest. Steamed fish, boiled meat, homemade stock, white rice. Only steamed veggies and above all not to much of em !
Anyway am gonna recover a bit, let thing settle down, then try a sort of easily digestible keto diet without the eggs & see. Will report back !

Echoing what WBF said. Inflammation caused by leaky gut and food intolerances can cause or exacerbate joint issues.
Gallbladder illness also can cause shoulder pain if it's on your right side. People who lose weight quickly (as with keto diet) are prone to gallstones, so that might be an angle worth looking into, especially if you are having trouble with digestion!
Interesting, I defiantly have gallbladder issues, I hear more ppl with Lyme have this. The pain is on my left shoulder though. Gallbladder issues go away, weirdly, by not eating to much fiber. Only easy to digest steamed veggies, and not to much of them. As long as it's easy to digest am ok. (because less inflammatory ?)
