Bartonella teeth clenching?

Hello Everyone,

I am wondering if anyone has a history of teeth clenching with Bartonella. This comes and goes especially in the fall and winter. My sinuses drain continuously and I can’t figure out the problem.

My teeth want to clench all the time and cold weather is bad. My neck and throat feel odd like I struggle to swallow properly. It also gets bad when I have any pressure on my head, look down or move my arms, basically everything.

I struggle to figure out it it is lymph issue, nerve or muscle. Maybe all of the above. I get tight muscles in my face, neck, shoulders and scalp all the time and makes everything difficult to do.

I have been diagnosed and misdiagnosed for 2 years and it only gets worse with weather changes.

I appreciate any responses.

This feels like I have swollen tonsils but they have been removed. It feels like something is pushing on my tongue. I know my nerves are going crazy but this is really annoying and causes enough pain. I am swallowing all the time it seems.

How did the doc determine your tongue was out of place?

I went to a speech therapist, and they did an evaluation (watched me chew, swallow, etc.), and asked me some questions. That's how I found out that my tongue was out of place.
