Starting Buhner Herbs Again - Dizzy!

So I took the week off work since I have quite a few vacation days built up and it's Thanksgiving.

I figured I would take advantage of the days off to start Lyme herbs back up in full force.

This morning I started Japanese Knotweed, Houttuynia, and CSA (cryptolepis, side acuta and alchornia)

I did 10 drops of each in a little bit of water and drank it.

A few hours later, I have a headache and feel pretty out of it..

Is this normal when starting out this strong? I've taken these all in the past and didn't have too much of an issue with titrating up pretty quickly, but this seemed to aggravate my dizziness, and brain fog quite a bit.

I also didn't think that die off would hit quite this fast.

Let me know your thoughts! I am excited to get back into it. Hoping for better results this time around..

I would start back at fewer drops, especially of houtty and CSA. You might be able to tolerate more of knotweed.

Are you not taking any supportive herbs like Chinese skullcap or Red Sage? I can’t tolerate much of red sage but take max doses of C. Skullcap.
