Best Binder?

I'm looking for a good binder to detox while I am taking these Buhner herbs.

I feel so dizzy, foggy, blurry vision, headaches, fatigue, etc. and feel that I need a good binder.

My PCP recommended G.I. Detox.

Just wonder what would be a good, safe binder help.

I have tried a number of them over the years. I really haven't noticed a difference one to the other. But I do respect the fact that they are part of a good healing protocol. G.I. detox looks good to me. The best advice I got was to mix up the detox and binder protocols they all work in different ways. There is no 'one size fits all' you just work with good quality ones and let them do their job until you feel so much better you know you don't need them.

I switch between Spirulina and Charcoal in a pill. And 1 cup of Epson Salt in a bucket of warm water in a shower over my head, rub it in a bit and rinse it off. Milk Thistle every once and a while.
