LLMD in NC

I am looking for a LLMD in Central or Eastern NC. I looked up the ones listed on the ILADS site but would like (both positive or negative) feedback from anyone who has had treatment in NC. I believe I've enabled my email on here but let me know if it doesn't work.

There is a PA in NC who also works at LLMD JJ’s office in Washington DC.
Her initials are AW.

In case you haven’t heard of dr JJ - he is a very well known LLMD who has been treating lyme patients for many years.

I do see your email is enabled.

Does anyone have experience with either Dr. KE or Dr. JP in Raleigh? Both have been recommended by people in the area and they are a bit more convenient to me.

I will mention that AW in Asheville said she had Lyme herself, and Dr. J was the one who helped her get well.

I didn’t know that!

I did know she worked part time for DrJ and also had her own clinic.

Hi Sunshine.

I'm from Fayetteville and saw both JP in Raleigh and AW at Jemsek's clinic in DC. Of course it's personal preference, but I had much better experiences with JP. He used to work along side Dr J when Dr J practiced in NC. Both were too abx heavy for what I needed, but I liked that JP had me come in frequently for vitamin ivs and such. His office is equipped with a nutritionalist you will meet with and they also offer colonics there to help with detoxification if that is something you might need. Since JP is more convenient, I'd recommend checking him out first.

I wish you a successful recovery and find the right llmd.
