For about a week now, Blakeley has described feeling “weird”, more specifically, like she’s 1,000 miles away or distant in her brain. What is that related to?
She’s never thought she had brain fog or thinking issues but now she says it’s like she’s not here with us. Just wondering if Borrelia or which coinfections cause this, what it is, and if it’s a common herx symptom or why it’s new, etc

It sounds like depersonalization, which I had for a few months. I think it's the body's way of protecting us from the shock of our reality, although I have no evidence to back that one up. I feel for your daughter...that is one awful feeling. I have Lyme and Bartonella and lots of neuro symptoms. Does she have depression or anxiety?

Have you read about Lion's Mane? There are other herbs for brain Lyme but this seems to be the most gentle as far as I know.

Agreed, sounds like depersonalization. It can be a very unsettling symptom, but it definitely happens with Lyme and co-infections.

Does this timing coincide with the DesBio series kit she started? That would not surprise me.

She does have anxiety, more at times than others, pretty much correlating with how bad she feels physically.

Yes, this started with the DesBios series treatment. So do you think this is a symptom that the treatment brought out?

My guess would be a herx from the DesBio kit.
