A lot of people take stevia for biofilms specifically in the gut.

Not every LLMD believes biofilm busters are necessary, but many do. Best to talk to your LLND about their plan and perspective on that. Some attack biofilm at the end of treatment, some alongside other forms of the bugs, some never.

I take ProOneZyme (systemic/proteolytic enzymes) & it's one of the supplements that actually made a huge difference. I only took 3 capsules every AM on an empty stomach, not eating for 1 hour afterwards. Do see other natural 'biofilm busters' that are suggested but haven't tried any of them myself so can't share experiences. They are a rather costly supplement but necessary, in my opinion. I'm sure there are other systemic enzyme products but unfamiliar with them. It's been proven that the plant based enzymes work better and stay effective much longer. Was worried about stomach upset at first but surprisingly, they comforted it. Results don't come overnight. But they come and are noticable. If you have any scars, observe them well before starting the enzymes and watch them slowly fade away to very thin, faint lines. Proving it dissolves dead protein build-ups, bodywide.
