I noticed that whenever I take malarone, my lymph node on one side of my throat swells. I at first thought this was a die off reaction, but now I’m not sure if this is just an anti malarial side effect. Does anyone have any insight into this?

I had a swollen, sore clavicle lymph node - it went away with lyme/bart treatment.

It could be from Babesia... or lyme.

Are you taking an antibiotic with the malarone?

I’m taking coertem so just another anti malarial

That's a herx reaction for me (both lymph nodes behind my ears swell). I get the strongest swelling from antimalarial treatments.
