saraeli I wish I could lol. I really find for me personally eliminating grains really helps my body push things out. Previously eating even gluten free grains and legumes my body would still convert it to sugar or feed bacteria or fungus. This is just me though. Ive tried but as long as I was having gluten free bread/snacks and dairy free substitutes I just wouldn't get far. Im extremely toxic and my immune system is run down. So now i stick to meat and vegetables mainly. Even on the scd diet alot of the almond bread substitutes and honey that you can have Im not as successful with. The only fruit I seem to do well with is apples, berries and lemon. Some breakfast shake smoothies that I prefer are lettuce, onion, celery, water with some garlic, salt and pepper, oregano and some lemon juice goes down good and is actually tasty. Also Some blueberries or blackberries with some crushed ice mixed with coconut milk is good too if I feel like something sweeter.
