An ENT almost certainly will test your hearing and send you on your way, unless they are Lyme-literate. I have been to a few. It's most likely neurological if you have Lyme, and not an issue an ENT treats. If you want to rule out fluid retention, hearing loss, Meniere's disease, or ear infection, then an ENT can help you scratch that off the list. ENTs were always find of sending me to neurologists, who would send me back to the ENT, and on and on....

Many people find that these ear issues subside once they are able to treat the cause. If treatment for tick-borne infections doesn't help, then look into mold exposure, as mold causes these issues as well.
