Hello, folks who menstruate.
I am solidly in the luteal phase (the week after menstruating) and am having all the uterine cramps, pelvic soreness, breakouts, digestive upset, libido, fatigue, and hip pain that usually precedes my period. I know I have HPA axis dysfunction, and I usually have some light spotting and cramping at this point in my cycle, but not to this degree. It's been going on since my period ended, for about
a week now.
Any ideas for me about
what could be causing this? No new supplements or treatment except for ramping up a medicinal mushroom complex and lion's mane, a tiny dose of CBD, calcium, zinc, and vitamin K2.

Perimenopause, or stress? Stress really does this to me. Can you have a u/s to make sure it's nothing structural? It sounds hormonal whatever it is.

I'm having the same issue - I get my PMS symptoms AFTER my period, for about
2 cycles now. Before that I was getting PMS like 2 weeks before and it was lasting until my period. I've been quite miserable in the hormone department. My face shows it - nose down is covered in acne.
Biggest change is NP thyroid changed manufacturers and the pills look and smell different. They claim it's identical but reports are coming in that it's affecting people.
I started using an earthing mat and cut my thyroid dosage by 75%. Tests show levels in normal range but hormones are definitely taking a hit.
Whether or not it's thyroid-related or just STRESS (lots of it) or Lyme or parasites or a combo is anyone's guess.

Great question, sandyfeet, but no, no binders here. The implicit point that I should be mindful of precursors to hormones should be my next project, I guess.
Babs, so you feel like the earthing mat has helped your hormonal systems? That's intriguing.
ElizKA26, definitely under extra stress lately, mentally and physically. I know that can cause basically anything, but it doesn't stop me from considering everything else. Which adds more stress. ;)

37. I'm not totally against the idea of perimenopause, but my periods and ovulation are completely regular, and this week's issue has been sudden and not gradual, so I'm not sure that's it.
