I had no idea you could take ATP. Yes, ATP is the molecule responsible for cellular energy. It's a rather lengthy process to make it so perhaps taking it externally can have some benefits. The final stage of making ATP (electron transport pathway) happens inside the inner mitochondrial membrane so I'd be curious if you have improved function in something by taking it

Thanks, guys. I will wait a few days to start, as I just finished up 14 days of Pyrantel Pamoate. Will give body a little break before throwing something else new at it. Will report back on effects.

Yes, muscle energy and helping mitochondria. That must be why I wanted to try it. I have muscle fatigue not the lay down and stay in bed fatigue.

I don’t imagine the body stopping atp production from this. Something to google I guess.

Do you mean D-Ribose? I took the powder every day for a year before I knew I had Lyme, and it definitely helped me with fatigue and energy while running. I noticed it would lower my heart rate when running (this was a good thing) by about 10 beats per minute, so I could run longer and harder. It also lowered my resting heart rate, which I was fine with... because it took away some chest pain I had while sleeping. I did not know I had Lyme at the time, and I was in the best shape of my life. I am thinking of asking my LLMD if I should start it again, because I had completely forgotten I was taking it.

I stopped taking it when I got really sick (again, before I knew it was Lyme), and I stopped all my supplements then and just never restarted it. I took the "Dr's Best" brand.

For lack of proper terms, we could say its similar to mito, but certainly not the same.

I had no actual mito "lab / test" symptoms found. So it was not mito.

Example: Hashimoto is the same no matter what causes it.

The diagnostic test results of both of these examples have definitions.

Note:Mito Drs are usually only found in children's /youth (disease) hospitals.

Prob just a fancy oregano. I use oregano oil capsules for candida- common use.

You can get direct adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Google ATP then hit "image".

Some products just have numerous ATP precursors (some have many).

R-Ribose is a singular type of carb-sugar that may also be a pre-curser to making ATP.

Ribose is part of the backbone of nucleic acids, which ATP is one. The others are DNA and RNA. So, it could make sense that for some, ribose may help produce more ATP and help with energy

ATP sounds good. I probably need that, too. Maybe I will get it next time I order stuff.
