Hi everyone , Me again 🥴just looking for any food suggestions to try - my histamine levels are through the roof at the moment I am reacting to most things. The only thing I feel good after is rice if I can manage this what else would be safe to try ? I thought I was doing ok on apples but seem to get a reaction of them too I have seen loads of safe food lists but anything so far hasn’t worked for me - my plan is too keep histamine as low as I can for a week or 10 days then slowly re add foods in to see what I react too - I feel quite calm if that makes sense after eating rice , I get an immediate reaction with anything else - saying that I’m not great really feeling very weak loads of headaches flushing and facial numbness - don’t think this is related to the rice at the moment thinking the mast cells are still going haywire want to calm them down as much as poss before trying things out ! Edited to add - really strange I can’t cry have wanted too a lot but no tears come out . Is this my imagination ??
